Do not trust Gvinda Galleries with your documents

I went to Govinda Galleries to get a certificate framed and the two ladies working there had never done a custom order before. They told me it would take up to 3 weeks and that they would call me when the order was ready for pick up. Almost 3 weeks later I decided to check in on my order since I was in the mall, and was informed by the person working there that they had no idea where my order was (apparently the ladies who took my order forgot to indicate that it was to be shipped back to London). An hour later I received a call that my order had been found and it would be back in a week. Two weeks later I had yet to here anything so I called the gallery only to find out that it was sitting there and that no one had bothered to call (the phone number I gave them rings through to my voicemail so if someone would have called, it would have shown up on two different phones and a message could have been left). When I went to pick my order up I explained what had happened and was offered nothing in compensation. I begrudgingly paid and went home only to find that there were giant staples protruding from the back preventing it from lying flat on the wall, and that the frame is uneven (it hangs out over some edges and there is a gap along another). I would not trust this place with any important documents. Needless to say, due to the unprofessionalism and incompetence that I encountered, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
