My builders used this company for our new kitchen build. There were problems from the beginning. The cupboards doors they installed were bubbling. The transition pieces are now yellowing which used to be white and the hardware on the cabinets is now falling apart. After numerous calls and waiting months for serivce calls, the problems were still not fixed. All the drawer faces are wobbly but there solution is just keep tightening them. Would not recommend at all!

horrible design. Since we moved into the new house my wife kept saying I hate the cabinets. We have five full bathrooms but only given one drawer. They just want to make it as cheap as possible. hopefully no builder should be doing business with them, they just suck and make the customer mad at the new house.

Kitchen looked good at first......then we started noticing all the imperfections, cupboard doors not straight, or warped., and scrapes very easy. We called and requested someone to come out and fix these issues With our new build. What they actually did was fixed all the scratches with a black sharpie.... literally ran the sharpie along all the edges of the kitchen island and cupboards. We freaked and they agreed to replace the panels/doors, the rest of the kitchen still has sharpie on it.

Initial installation a mess due to wrong measurements and miscommunication. Cupboard doors and drawers then chipped and wore down in spots within a few months. Multiple calls and still nothing done after almost 1 year. The only option presented so far is that they will re-paint them in their spray booth. Not the response we were looking for! Customer service is very poor; calls are not returned promptly. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My experience has been extremely poor. When you call looking for information, no one seems to be able to help you. I have ordered a replacement door due to it being damaged from the beginning of this gong show. Apparently when I called to see if it arrived (over 5 weeks ) the person who looks after this is away until next week & "apparently " no one can access this information. Their customer service is terrible.

Their receptionist is the rudest person in a customer service position I have ever met. The owner refuses to talk to you and thinks you will go away if he shaves off a dollar or two for parts that are supposed to be under a lifetime warranty. I was willing to pay, but what he didn't understand and wouldn't because he refused to take a minute out of his time to speak to a customer is that it's not about the money but the principle of things.
