Ive been dealing with this company for years. NEVER had a issue til lately. Took my phone in to get the screen fixed..common issue with most people as phones are not made to last anymore like Nokia - lol.
Anyway, they fixed it. Brought it home to see that my hand was glowing. They didn't reseal it properly. They fixed it again. Noticed today that they didn't seal it properly again, the other 2 sides have glow issues. Guess Ill be going back ONCE more. Just do it right the 1st time...gee

My phone had horizontal and vertical lines all through it and the corner of my screen was blacked out, but they fixed it. They replaced my screen within a hour and price was good. I would come here again!

The screen on my phone was broken & wouldn't turn on. Took it here on June 2 & they said I'd get it by the 15th. After paying over $250 my phone was still broken even though they claimed it was fixed when I got it back. I return it on the 16th, but when the 28th comes, I just want a refund and my phone back. Manager Diane says the phone was fixable, but that if i wouldn't listen to her, and i quote, she said "I will deem your phone unrepairable and you won't get a refund".
Seriously so happy with the service this company provides, Diana helped me with an ipod repair today (@ Dundas location) and within minutes i was out the door. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!
They ruined my screen protector that they tried to claim they put on and that it didn't matter because my tablet didn't work. I asked it they tried the battery at all and they said they tried everything. I am typing on the tablet they couldn't fix. I Google it and did it myself. They were very rude. I asked if they could remove the battery screws, they said they didn't have time and would cost money-would have to take tablet apart. I brought it in all apart. So they did it but were nasty
Absolutely terrible. The techs were great, dealt with a couple of them, but the owner is just terrible. My phone works (as in turns on so I can receive calls and text messages, but thats about it) When I asked the owner why I couldn't upgrade the phone and it just keeps going into recovery mode, he proceeded to tell me I tampered with it, shouldn't be doing system updates, and that it would cost me more. I said sure it kind of works but not really, and I was then told to go to a different shop
ok so here it is...i got my fone wet and it only takes a drop i found out to completely wreck it.
i just got my galaxy s6 about 6 months ago so i tried to get it fixed under warrenty but no go so ...not wanting to give up i came here and these guys are great they tokk my phone to fix it but it was not fixable still not wanting to give up i used kijiji tobuy a brokem oine and they were able to get me running again in only 3 hours totally worth it if your cell is broken go see them...u cant loose
