I love to eat here Im usually alone and I like a booth if available he puts me in small one cant wait for reopen

Just left. Didn't even eat there. Insisted on sitting us outside the bathroom doors. Refused to give us a booth as those were for "larger group". Place was empty. What larger group? I was so looking forward to it! Won't see me again! No sorry. Nothing. So disappointed!

This was the most vile restaurant I've ever been to! The service was horrid, the waiters were sloppy and spilled food, drinks and didn't even clean it up. Every inch of the floors was sticky. We got served black chicken and cold food. I won't even comment on the bathrooms!! If I wasn't with other people, I would have turned around and walked right back out the door. It doesn't even come close to touching how good the Waterloo location is!

Should of gone to mc Donald's

Tonight the waitress spilled my beer while dropping off food didn't apologise at all got another waiter to come clean it up no explanation as to what was going to happen to my full glass of beer that had been spilled by her and so 10 mins passes and I ask another waitress and I had to barter with them on a price reduction it was ridiculous and for the rest of the night our food was slammed down on our table. Yes it was busy but no customer service was provided at all !
