Absolutely awful service, package was not delivered on time and no explanation was given. I will never use UPS again.

Absolutely awful service, package was not delivered on time and no explanation was given. I will never use UPS again.
I try to avoid using UPS because everytime I have used their services in the past, it ended up with my package not being delivered, resulting in me having to track it down and eventually receiving my package weeks later. The last incident...my package was 4 weeks late.try to avoid them if you can. I have a camera on my front door ...they said they tried to deliver the package but they simply didnt. Cameras dont lie. Terrible terrible service for the price they charge
Estimated delivery on Tuesday but I’m waiting until Friday they’re come when I’m not home then they’re said The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. / Well contact the sender or receiver about this delivery. They didn’t contact me neither. It’s terrible. I’m not trust UPS delivery at all. ????
Still trying to track down a package, that supposedly was left by UPS at the front door of large apartment complex. They did not try to contact me either by phone or the buzzer intecomp, apparently just left it. I was told that I should contact the original sender, why, they did their job, UPS screwed up
Was expecting a package to be delivered yesterday, i was home the whole day waiting for the package yet at 4 pm the claimed to have attempted delivery and i was not home. Didnt hear a knock at all. Called customer and requested for another delivery again, same thing happened. No knocks, no notice slip, and suddenly they claimed to have attempted another delivery at 5:30 pm. I WAS HOME. I couldnt have missed the knocking as the door is literally only 3 metres away from me. Very very dissapointed
Extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I ordered a large package from Best Buy 145lbs. They used UPS to deliver. I get a message from UPS the day before delivery saying it will be at my place the next day. I stay home to receive the package. At 7pm I check the App and it says they don’t have my unit number. I see the description of my package and 145lbs. I call them up and give them the Unit number again. I’m promised the package the next day. I ask them not to deliver the package till
Common experience here. I expected an important package which was not delivered so I looked up the tracking info on the UPS website. It said they attempted to deliver the package on a Thursday at 4:15pm but could not. The delivery address is a business that is open until 11:pm Mon-Fri. So big time lie there. Not even an attempt at delivery on Friday, not sure why that would be? Now it is the long weekend and I have to wait until Tuesday to find out if I get my package. Avoid UPS!!!
WORST experience by far dealing with UPS to have my packages delivered. The drivers are so incompetent of doing a basic task they don’t even attempt to deliver the package to the door. if you live in a building they just hang!the notice beside the intercom in the entrance and leave. I also tried getting in contact with their customer service n they said there’s nothing they could do and when I tried to call again they blocked my number, so UNPROFESSIONAL, this company deserves 0 stars.
I would give them 0 if possible. They are so inconvenient to deal with. I already contacted the company I ordered from and said I won’t order from them again as long as they use UPS.
one star is too much for the service, parcel send to me was from apple and required signature at delivery, the driver who did delivery simply drop the package at my door and left, this was over $ 1300.00 equipment inside, anybody at UPS care about a customer????
The customer service area at this facility is a dump. The service person was useless with her primary concern in making me leave. Looking at the other reviews it appears that this is as good as it gets. Disappointed and completely frustrated.
Terrible service! The lady who works in the front desk is not there to give service she probably thinks she is a Queen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!
Ask for my package to be re-route a few mins away in Camb. Driver claims out of route. I went into their portal and confirm I will pick up. I was given a window from 01/08/18 - 08/08/18. I went on 01/08/18 @4Pm. The lady at the front desk who refuse to give her name said she sent it to destruction. Like really? She claims sender advised. I contacted sender who said they did not advise UPS to sent package to destruction, UPS commented customer abandoned package. UPS is horrible and poorly manage.
4 days sitting at your warehouse for my parcel, then delivered to my mailbox 300' from my house (driveway totally plowed) after asking we be home to receive the parcel. Driver just could not be bothered to do their job.
Waiting for a package to be delivered to my apartment, the door in the lobby is open, delivery guy does not even try to deliver the package but I’m not given a location to pick up my package. It’s 10 days until Christmas. How am I supposed to get my package if the delivery people aren’t going to do their job?
During the delivery of the consignment taken my Visa and swiped and I thought it was being conducted pay. I received a letter from the UPS to pay for shipping, but no explanation of where to make payments
