Installed roof and 2 years later there was a bad leak. They claimed it was the skylight that never got replaced with the roof and in turn quoted $2,500 to replace it. I ended up purchasing the best Velux skylight available for $550 and a respectable roofing contractor $500 to install. Upon installation it was found the skylight wasn't the issue but instead it was the bathroom vent not installed properly.
We are quite surprised by this review as we have never quoted a skylight for you. If you were having problems with your bathroom exhaust vent you should have notified us and we would have corrected the problem.
