DON'T GO TO THIS STORE

I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN! I went to HENRY'S to get some passport photos taken for a British passport, showed the photo guidelines to the photographer and thought all was well. I even specifically told the photographer it was for a British passport. I went back today because the photos were incorrect (wrong size and wrong background color) when all of a sudden I was told that they do not do British passport photos and that they WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND EITHER!!! This is such an insult to a trusting customer and what a SCAM! However, I did not give a fuss and just left the store with the intention of never dealing with HENRY'S ever again. Businesses like HENRY'S don't care about customer service and fairness. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY. The photographers aren't trained and just faking that they know anything about photography. This is actually the second time I had them take photos for me, the first time was a mess as well with the photographer (different person) having to do it 5 or 6 times before she got the size right. There are so many other stores out there, don't go to this one.
