    Zero stars. My mattress was defective. Since June 2020. Finally, finally got the Brick to indicate a new one was coming from Sealy. In November 2020. They first said that model no longer available. Then it was. That was 1 month ago. FOUR DELIVERY times arranged, four cancellations. Sick drivers, truck break downs. Ive had it. I will make sure the Brick gets negative reviews on EVERY public platform out there. The Brick is USELESS.

    My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. This shopping experience was pleasant and yes we would come back,matter of fact my wife and will also be looking for a dinning set in the near future.

    I have been dealing with THe Brick in Kingston since 2015. I have always received quick, courteous service. I have the gift of being able to purchase the product that is going to break every. single. time. Any time I have had a problem with an item from the Brick it was always dealt with quickly and to my complete satisafaction. No hoops to jump through, no stress. Always with a smile. Special Kudos to Torie and Doug for all of their help. Great staff. Great store.

    Sheela was an excellent person to help with our mattress purchase. She listened carefully to our wishes, was efficient and professional and did not waste our time by trying to sell us something we did not want to buy. Well done! Special thanks also to Manager Rick for his strategic help in closing the deal. An easy and positive experience.

    I have recently bought almost all my home furnitures (Sofa set, Dinning table, Bed set, patio table and etc.) from The Brick. It was a great experience with my sales person Sheela Dabra. I found her very knowledgeable and informative about the products. In addition, she helped us in financing from Brick so that we can make the payment in a flexible manner without paying any interest. I strongly recommend her to be your sales person for a stress free and reliable shopping at the Brick.

    I ended up with a great experience. My overall experience was actually not very good but after a few issues I spoke to the manager. He was super pleasant and turned the whole experience back around for me. The only reason this is not a 5 is because of previous issues with this purchase (my other purchases have all gone perfectly)

    Awful experience....

    Awful experience. Had put a down payment on a couch down I got called constantly starting the day after the down payment of them wanting to know when they are getting the rest of the money. I paid the rest and a confirmed date was set but I had asked if there was anything sooner and she said she would call me back later to let me know. I never received a call so I had called her back asking again if I could get a sooner delivery date as I had already sold my couch set to make room for this one and I had plans to visit family in Toronto that weekend. She had let me know the soonest date what they currently have me in for was the upcoming Saturday. I said okay that's fine so I had to wait over a week without anything for me or my kids to sit on. She said they would call me the day before delivery letting me know what time to expect them.the week went by and no call. the day of delivery I called and asked them when I should expect them there I had the hallway cleared out, cancelled my Toronto plans and had sold my old couch set to make room for the new one for them to tell me that it's not being delivered until the end of the following week. Although in person and over the phone it was confirmed I was supposed to be getting it that day. I Had not received a call letting me know the delivery date had changed.they were claiming that I had agreed foe it being delivered in two weeks which was fals, they changed the dates never called when they said they would. They called tons of times wanting me to pay full but they can't call to let me know the change of date . They were happy go lucky nice when selling the couch but now that I've paid they are being snobby and screwing me around. I'm very dissatisfied. All I see is terrible reviews when I search the brick and I should have trusted the opinion of other People that have purchased from here. I'm not happy. Terrible customer service!
