Client Care First Rate ! Employees -Not So Much.
Red Cross works hard to serve it's in home clientele. The care,compassion,and sincerity to help people is evident in it's health care staff. Working for such a organization however is incredibly challenging. Employee's are not well paid , and drive 100's of km's per week to serve it's in home clients. The Red Cross employee can never count on a consistent pay cheque ,as their hours vary from none to over 60 in some cases... Red Cross works to well provide for it's clients-it is unfortunate that the same approach is not provided for it's front line workers,that are the Ambassadors for this Organization..
