Bendale Property Management

I unfortunately had a tenant issue , Vince and Angela provided me with advice and support . I was extremely grateful. I’m sure they are very busy and always seemed to be able to get back to me in a timely manner . I would definitely give them a five star rating as without their support and experienced advice, things would have turned out much differently for our family . *****

Rented a property from them. Was charged on my credit card an unauthorized amount without receiving a bill first. I only received a receipt after the charge had already gone through and never a bill. Contested the charge with my credit card company and won.

This is a pathetic company. Fast talking that makes no sense. A former mayor that know nothing. Dose the opposite of what you asked. Very interesting. Highly not recommend.choosing a 1 rating only because I can't post if I choose nothing. They are not even worth a 1.

Meeting Needs?

Bendale manages 1 Mowat Avenue for Frontenac Condominium Corporation #13. Recently it was reminded by a renter in this property that the City of Kingston property standards as regards heating were not be followed. The City of Kingtson was also notified of this alleged breach of a Property Standard. In response the Bendale property manager proffered that non-compliance resulted from the need for repairs to the building's heating system. When challenged that this rationale was the excuse offered every May and September since 2007 for non-compliance with Kingston’s heating standards, the property manager sent to the individual complaining the following text: - Please be advised, that any further correspondence, complaints, suggestions regarding F.C.C. #13 shall be directed to your landlord. Your landlord may contact me with any of the above mentioned. This is to include any current issues and any future items requiring action pertaining to F.C.C. #13. For and on behalf of the Board of Frontenac Condominium Corporation No. 13, Vince Bennett Property Manager While this company claims to adresses needs in a professional manner this is one resident of a building managed by Bendale who strongly disagrees.

Very Bad Service

The unit we stay in is actually very nice and reasonably priced. The service we get has been terrible and we have had repair issues that have been going on for 5 months now with nothing be done. Whenever we call we seem to get the run-around. Their accounting is extremely poor and based on numerous expereiences I am now very uncomfortable providing them anything upfront without written confirmation of receipt. Overall, a nice place but a very dissappointing experience.

Don't live up to Standards.

Everyone was very nice and friendly when we visited the office and we believed we were going to have a great time with Bendale. We have tried to contact them on several occasions but can never get through unless we dial their emergency line. I felt bad doing this for a repair that was not an emergency but I had no other way to get through. We never did get the stove and side door fixed and its as if we are invisible. It is frustrating to have no way to get them to provide what they promised us. Please don't put yourself through this!
