We had dinner for St-Valentine's Theme. A choice of either three or four course meal at an affordable $ 45.00/person. A very well prepared and organized event. The appetizers were top notch cuisine quality. The entrée (I had the rack of lamb and, my wife had chicken and seafood medley) were perfect and well accentuated with a risotto style dish and fresh vegatables The desserts were very well prepared chef's originals of strawberry/cream or chocolate. This was the best meal I have ever had in our little town of Kapuskasing... First class all the way!
I had occasion to visit this wonderful little restaurant this past weekend as part of an event for Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing. We had dinner in the restaurant Friday evening and then the event was Saturday night in their upstairs room. Mylene's food was delicious - from the Beef Carpaccio appetizer all the way through to the decadent Creme Brulee. The staff were wonderful - they stayed on top of their game all night - and I am looking forward to going back to the restaurant many times again in the future for other Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing events.

Although pricy, the fine dining experience was fantastic. The booths were very cosy, and the decor very inviting. The food was tastfully presented and the entrees were an excellent size. The caesar salad was very good - and big enough for two. If you're looking for something romantic and are willing to spend an extra bit of cash, go to Le Kaprice.
