Emad at protouch auto detailing was recommended to me by Dr. Colour chip . I own a 2012 Porsche Cayenne and I am very particular to detail. I found the ultimate detailing professioonal ( Emad ) owner operator. I had a polish and buff plus engine detail. The result was truly amazing. I had a few swirls on the outside clear coat that disappeared. Emad brought out the pearl white colour in my car that is truly stunning. When I opened my hood , the motor looked better then new. Took my BMW to PRO Touch Auto Detailing on 22/May 2018, for full detailing and five coats of Ceramic Coating, picked my car up on the 23/May ...Wow ! I asked about having my car detailed, I was handed me a services / price sheet off the desk. I could't find a listing for buffing and waxing so I asked. He asked what colour my car was. I said Black and immediately his expression changed. "Very tough to do Black" he said. I indicated that I had some light scuffs and scratches. He said they could do a clean - polish - wax for $327. "But", he added "it will all come back after a rain" he never even asked to look at the car.
Today brought my bmw for engine shampoo and wow must I say...... They did an incredible job.... Look like just came out of the dealer. Keep it up the amazing job!

We took our truck to Pro Touch to have the Windows Tint and to get an inside detailing. The cost and the service was excellent, and the people very friendly. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and we'll definitely be back!
Brought my SUV in for a VIP package today and I was so happy with the service and quality of work, I immediately made an appointment for my husband’s car. Finally found a place who can do the job right without charging an arm and a leg. This is my families go to place from now on! Thanks for a job well done!
owner is very nice and friendly but i must have hit an off day... there was still dirt in centre console and door handle cups; floor mats vacuumed but not hosed down; after an hour big brown stains appeared on my seats where dirt was let to soak back in and my scott towel was brown like stain. i had bought the $99. Ultimate package. :( my husband and I then cleaned the car when I got home. I re washed all the upholstery with bathroom counter cleaner and he used the shop vacuum. Thank heavebs seats became beige again like when I brought car in for detailing. Maybe their cleaning chemicals reacted with stains from previous owner. ... but the car after detailing was unacceptable. Owners apologized and gave me a gift card for a basic package. But after seeing how bad the car looked when got home I would not go back. Yes the seats were soaked and wet but not properly washed and the dash doors and console were wiped quickly. The car smelt chemical clean only. it was not acceptable for a four hour $113. job. Maybe the nice owner has to talk to his staff more and not pass over their errors... until the next time. He was not surprised when I complained the console was not cleaned. The brown stains on the seats when I got home.... appeared after an hour!!
