Had a great experience at this store.Gus was very helpful helped me sign up for two new phones.My husband and I went back a couple of days later to pick them up.Brett was working that day another exceptional worker.We are both in our 60s and we would recommend this store to everyone who isn't as savvy with technology.

After dealing with the crappy customer service at Limeridge Mall for years, I decided to try this location. It was awesome! The young lady working there was efficient, knowledgeable, funny, and empathetic. I will never deal with a corporate store again. Highly recommend this location for all of your Koodo needs. Shamefully did not get her name, service was today at 4pm. Give this girl a raise, and spread the word!
