Town houses are spacious , upgraded and well cared for. Grounds are maintained well. The complex is beautiful and rents are reasonable considering today’s environment Management is friendly and respond to all needs. Love it here ! Will not move

Ive lived at the Sifton Properties in Guelph for 2 years and they do the bare minimum required of landlords. I have had consistent communication errors that were only solved because I make sure to keep records of all emails and interactions. They charge extra fees, such as something called an administration fees if you need to change lease holders. Neighbours are nice and the price is market competitive. Would not recommend, but you rent where you can in Guelph

I dont recommend. Units not sound proofed if your toddler runs you will have complaints. Stressful environment to move to with unkindly neighbours, children whom struggle with behavior and adhd symptoms are not welcome. Rumours can be used to evict you even if an investigation proves accusations wrong. Honestly I moved here for oppertunity and found that my family and I live with anxiety as the management is not commited to the pleasure of new tenents but instead their kindness is a farce.
