RBC Royal Bank

Im torn with my review as it has been a mixed bag. Ive had GREAT service from the mortgage side and the tellers. Ive had HORRIBLE service from the business banking side of the branch. No responses, no urgency, no understanding how important it is to actually follow up on actions. If I could find the manager, Id love to talk to him or her with specific examples of my experience. End of the day, I believe I need to take my business elsewhere.

I love RBC. Best bank I've ever been with. If you haven't moved your accounts here, do it now.

I didn't know working at a bank was the worst job ever.. not one teller was smiling and the two tellers that served me were both short with me, unhelpful, and rude. I don't normally write reviews, especially for a bamk, but I was disgusted with how I was treated.
