Im torn with my review as it has been a mixed bag. Ive had GREAT service from the mortgage side and the tellers. Ive had HORRIBLE service from the business banking side of the branch. No responses, no urgency, no understanding how important it is to actually follow up on actions. If I could find the manager, Id love to talk to him or her with specific examples of my experience. End of the day, I believe I need to take my business elsewhere.
