Lena’s nails is absolutely horrendous, they did a horrible job!! Lena repeatedly called me a grown woman baby yes I repeat baby. It disgusts me. The man tried to keep me past closing time. I got a pedicure and a manicure after and he told me my nails wouldn’t take two hours to dry even after theyve been drying for 20 minutes, it was 5:50 closing time at 7 he tried to keep me till almost 8. Good thing I left before then I was getting scared

Great services, good pricing and very clean salon. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality work done at a reasonable price.

Horrible. Waited over 45 minutes after my scheduled brazilian waxing appointment. Was not only greeted by Lily looking visibly irritated that I wanted a full brazilian but she also was horrible at waxing. Other salons have done my a wax in under 20 minutes and they were relatively painless. This was ridiculously painful and took an hour. Then, the cherry on top was her asking me how many children I have had while staring at my vagina. Insulted, humiliated and covered in wax residue- I left.

I called Lena's and Tien gladly booked a same day appointment for me! He was so nice and chatted with me the whole time. My nails look amazing and he gave me great suggestions on colour as I was indecisive! Will be going back to him again forsure ! Thank you !!! You did an amazing job!

Was booked into an appointment at 5pm, and was not seated until 5:45, as walk-ins were prioritized above me. I asked to have a manicure in addition to my gel fills (which turned out horribly, as they were extremely rushed to get even more walk ins into the seat after me), and the manicure consisted of dipping my nails in water for maybe 10 seconds, cutting cuticles, and thats it. $10 for that. Ridiculous. I've paid far less, for far more elsewhere. For a new business, they're on a bad start.
