The Reverend Deborah Dempsey began her ministry in Brantford in October 2008. She had previously served as Minister of First Baptist Church, Ottawa (1996-2008). A graduate of McMaster University and McMaster Divinity College, Deborah was ordained in MacNeill Baptist Church, Hamilton, in 1984.Prior to her ministries, Deborah was a teacher at a private high school in Ottawa (1993-1995), and a professor in the School of English at Sheridan College (1980-1993).
