We decided on a time between 10am-12pm and I booked a half-day off work. Day of, nobody arrived or called by 12pm so I called twice to try to find out what was going on. On the 2nd call, they said they weren't sure so they'd call me back at which point I mentioned I had to get to work. By 12:50pm, I hadn't heard back so I left to go to work. On the way to work around 1:10pm I finally got a VM on my phone saying they'd be there in 30 minutes (which was obviously too late).
