    Très mauvaise compagnie Le pire service à la clientele jamais expérimenté. Après avoir acheté un téléviseur RCA qui ne fonctionne plus après 1 an seulement, la compagnie fait exprès de rendre le processus de garantie très complexe et inaccessible pour ne pas honorer la garantie. Éviter les produits RCA / Curtis, produits de piètre qualité et très mauvais service après vente.

    About the worst service I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately I bought a washer and dryer from Costco and found out the hard way Curtis International does the warranty for my washer and dryer. In three months they could not source a leg for my dryer. They take their sweet time getting back to you amd only communicate via email. Be smart stay away!

    Curtis international are distributes of unreliable products. They will not cover any warrenty. They have a ridiculous set of regulations before you are “aloud” a call back. When we finally were granted a call back, we were treated with total disinterest. No replacement No matter how new. Terrible service, no support, incredibly poor customer respect! Never buy Curtis, Sylvania, RCA or Igloo. Run fast.

    If I could put a 0 star here I would. These people are terrible. Purchased a TV that if defective and Curtis carries the warranty. The initial call placed with Curtis said they would respond in 10 days which did not happen. Another call placed said another 10 days and I finally received an email asking for pictures of a receipt and the TV itself. After sending this, still waiting - 2 months and counting. Avoid RCA pdts if these people carry the warranty in Canada.

    They didn't support the consumer. I ask them about the RCA TV as part of their support product. They asked me to go to ebay, amazon ...etc. They didn't even know the site of their product.
