Crew Cleaning

My place takes about an hour to clean($20.00). I left her $%0.00 because we had missed the week before, my fault, and to take the garbage pilled up outside to the dumpster. Told her to take the amount she was here for. I came home to all the money gone. She had not vacuumed or dusted the living room, wiped off the kitchen table, the garbage was still pilled up outside. I messaged her about this, telling her I wanted some of my money back. That did not happen. I feel very taken advantage of.
