I had the worse experience with Eric from National Marble. To begin with, he never gave me a contract, and pressured me and rushed me all the time to close the deal with him. He is a good sales man. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went with it. My mistake, lesson learned. When we agreed on the original price he promised me a specific sink. Later on, he said he was going to give me a different sink (different shape, half the price). He argued with me that he never promised me that sink
