Andrew is a very easy going guy who is also open to negotiation Bought a 2004 Ford Focus zx5, Exprienced a few problems shortly after buying the car and he gladly took the car back to get it looked after. Also gave me a courtesy car so I can make it to work while its in the shop. Would recommend buying a car here.

This dealership is the perfect place to buy a car. Shopping for a used car can be such a daunting task but Andrew made the whole process easy and painless for me. He was really friendly and laid back...and not at all pushy, which was awesome. I felt he was very honest with me about the condition of every car I looked at and answered all the questions I had. I am still driving the same car now, 2 and half years later! No issues! Even got me all the way out to BC! I highly recommend this place!
Seemed like a nice guy, but I had problems with my car within the first week of owning it. I read review comments that he "wished" he knew of problems his customers were having, so I called and left a voice mail with my number if he wanted the opportunity to make things right. He never called me back so do not be fooled by his "wishes he could have helped". I had to spend $1200 to fix everything that was wrong with the car. I will never go back here and everyone I know knows about my experience.
I've been driving over 20yrs and Andrew's is the only dealership I've given repeat business to. I've always found him to be straight up when answering my questions (about if the air blows cold or doesn't work, if the timing belt will need replacing soon, etc) I just bought my hubs and mom each a car there and I still love the one I bought for myself from him almost 3 yrs ago. I have a thousand questions when buying a car, he always has the answers. If you're looking for a good car, talk to him.
I just purchased my second car from Prince Auto Sales and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used car. The owner is very approachable and extremely easy to deal with.
Bought a car here a few months ago. Had issues the first day of driving it. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

It is always unfortunate when some goes wrong with the car you have just purchased. I have been selling cars for 20 years and if I ever was told there was a problem with a car I sold on the day they picked it up I assure you that the problem would have been looked after at my expense. Very hard to help if you are not aware there is a problem. It is still upsetting when they break but 12 year old cars with over 200000kms do break. I wish I would have known so I could have offered to help. Andrew
Bought a car not even 4 months ago for our daughters first car To find out that the transmission is gone in it.. We would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here. BAD BUSINESS

Although I do understand that it must have been very frustrating to have the transmission let go on the car he purchased for his daughter, I never received a call from him to see if there was anything I could do to help with his car. I only sell them, I do not build them and have a crystal ball that will predict the future. The car had 247000kms at time of purchase and cars are mechanical and do break. I have been in business for over 4 years selling what I believe to be good cars properly certified but sometimes they break. I would never sell a car to a customer that I would not sell to my own family and Mr Welchs car was no exception. Andrew
