SE does not return calls when asked to. I keep getting the line go dead when I call to ask why they haven't returned my calls. No voice mail comes on so you can leave a message. This is a business that should run in a professional way as other businesses do. We are the clients and should be respected as such. I don't know what is going on internally, but things have not been running smoothly for sometime. However, I would like to say the people I've had in my home as PSW deserve 5 stars.
