I appreciated the dealership's willingness to service my car with no prior appointment. It was a necessity for me to have the work done at that time. The service was completed as promised and the wash just added to the service. Not inexpensive but I was pleased with the both the reception and the work that was done.

Service was good and friendly. Service manager lousy. Vehicle was waiting for p[arts on a recall. The parts came in at least 6 months before I finally went in to inquire about them. She claimed it was a computer problem I was not notified. Typical excuse.
