I took my car in a regular service and asked them to give it a good look over because I would be taking it on a long road trip. They called to let me know the work that needed to be done, and explained what the part did that needed to be replaced, how long the work would take, and cost associated. Very up front, very helpful. The mechanic knew I needed my vehicle, and he worked through lunch so I could get my car back on time. I can always count on them to provide great service.
