Great auto shop! Hank is a great guy, fast appointments and amazing customer service. Very fair prices and accurate quotes. Our go to place for anything from oil changes, seasonal tire changes and brakes.
Gibbman's services all the vehicles for our business and personal use. They are very helpful and honest and have come back at a lower price than quoted as they were able to fix rather than replace. I would highly recommend them.
This business is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They have serviced my vehicle for years (I have paid almost $5000 in the last few years in car repairs to this company) however every time I call them to ask them to take a look at the car they seem to have no recollection of who I am or my vehicle. I could not book an appointment over the phone because the guy was rushing me off the phone before i could even make one. Said he would call me but I doubt it. Very bad business guys.

Misleading
My office is near Gibbmans, so I have used them regularly in the past.
I grew frustrated their service and stopped going altogether when a car dealer advised why he stopped working with them.
I went back a final time and was told that I NEEDED a tune-up to fix a problem. This didn't work. Hank told me after that "We couldn't read the codes so we guessed that a tune-up would work". I was left taking my car to GMC; Gibbmans forced me to pay the ENTIRE bill. In return I tell my story.
