Canada's largest pharmacy chain provides Health, Beauty and Convenience with extended hours, prescription and over-the-counter medications, and quality health, beauty, grocery, and gift items.
Great location and David is a great Pharmacist. I have always felt respected by the staff and treated well. Also I have never had any issues with errors at the Pharmacy. Overall I really like going to this Shoppers location.
I had infant passport photos rejected twice from this Shoppers. Both times I had pleasant staff helping with the photos but they did not know the infant passport photo requirements well enough to have them be acceptable. This has caused my daughter's application to be delayed and a lot of additional time and effort required to get the photos redone. Staff need to be retrained on infant passport photos. I would recommend going elsewhere for infant passport photos.
I will no longer be using the pharmacy due to all the errors they make with prescriptions. Nobody in the pharmacy seems to know what they're doing. For the past year, there has been a problem with almost every prescription or refill. They also don't follow the rules - one person tells me that if a new prescription is received for a drug, previous prescriptions are cancelled. I went another time and was refused my prescription because an old prescription said there was a refill on it - I said I don't have any left and you are supposed to cancel old prescriptions anyway plus you have received a new prescription. The person said - well, I don't do it that way. They don't give drugs you're supposed to get and give drugs you don't need and already told them you don't need yet. Then, they make up excuses that don't make sense about why they didn't follow the prescription. This week - I finally got three mistakes, in the same prescription, rectified but am stuck with 100 Tylenol 3 that will be out of date by the time I need them.
