I went in to get my brows done last week and a girl by the name of Ashley, was nothing but rude. Seemed uninterested in doing my brows. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I will not be returning. Don't go to this place.
Some workers there are not certified body piercers. With the exception of 3 girls, Amanda, Kendra and JenniLee they're all rude. The owner and manager treat customers like garbage and some of their employees. Those 3 names, ask if they do anything on the side.! Support them, not Merle Norman's.

My mom had her nails done by the older lady, the end result did not look professional and the nail file looked like it was used on many clients before. Sooo gross! fake attempt to be friendly and same with some of the staff working.

TERRIBLE client serice ever. VERY STUCK UP STAFF and I was waiting 10 mintues till I got greeted. Even then I had to ask her. She just looked at me and looked away. Even when there was a girl sitting at the front. She didn't even greet me. Just looked at me and contintued her conversation with the other staff member. Doesn't even deserve the one star. But they need it to submit this.
