We tried to get our vacuum repaired at the shop. were told we would have a follow up in 2 days and returned one week later they had no idea, but promised to follow up again within 2 days. Called 5 days later and the person told us to call the next morning when the owner was in. The owner clearly has no clue or care about how terrible his business is run. Poor customer service and no concern for the errors they were making.
Absolutely amazing service, very knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Treated me fair and was very reasonable with prices I would tell anyone to go there .
I have dealt with Brian the owner for many years. He has always been helpful, informative and gave great service. It is tough being the owner of a vacuum store when you also have to go out and do your own service calls. That is the reality of small business. I would not shop anywhere else!
The customer service we received was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Paid $145.00 for a tri-star vacuum hose which fell apart 2 days after purchase. When tried to return, the hose was taken out back and "fixed". When asked for money back or a new hose we were told to come back when owner is in. Went back the next day to find out the owner is supposedly only there from 9 a.m. til 10 a.m. daily. Kind of hard to return when you're working. The attitude of the person working there was condescending, sarcastic and no help whatsoever. As "all sales are final", I would advise to use another dealer if you would like the option to return any faulty parts.
