Extremely poor service. I bought my sectional sofa 4 months back and it is already ripping on its own, from lower ends. To top it the OWNER is NOT ready to take any responsibility because the cost of sofa was only $850 (NOT FREE MIND YOU!!). Wouldn't recommend even my enemy to go there.
Please Please Please Don't believe the customer service rep for pricing. I got charged full price for a $2000 sofa and no matter how much I haggled, the price was not going to be brought down. And then we agreed for the sale but a month later, the Victoria Day Sale the same sofa was sold for $700. WAIT FOR THE SALE DAYS. Nothing feels worse than thinking that you got a decent deal then finding that you got ripped off.
The staff was very helpful, we were very pleased with the furniture. Would definitely recommend, and I still buy furniture from them.

I went in on two occassions before deciding to make my purchase. I was looking for new furniture for my new home and I always shop around before making big purchases. Royal furniture was the one that had the lowest prices for everything that I was looking for. Their unbeatable prices matched with their great customer service is what made me purchase from them. Both times I went in the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery and set up was very quick as well. I would definitely recommend shopping at royal furniture.

Very poor customer service..I haver srrn the rude seller like him.....com it Ted to deliver on day and did not show up at that time....when called found the delivery was not even scheduled on that day ..also were not sure about next day....these guys are not even worth to sell dollar item....should not go there ever. ...
I got a sofa and a bedroom set from this store. Really satisfied by their customer service and on time delivery. I had a minor scratch on my sofa, they replaced it the same day! I would recommend.
