Never go here. I went to get my purse strap shortened and once I picked it up I went home and put the strap back on my purse. Shortly after my the handle on the strap fell apart. This bag is relatively new and this has never happened prior. I went back to let Joe know that this happened after I shortened my strap and he said it has nothing to do with him. It was my strap. He took no responsibility. I even insepected my strap prior to dropping it off. Never go here!!! You have been warned!!!

I've had a few things done. Fixed shoes, purse and guitar strap. Overall very pleased with the work done. A bit in the expensive side and you have to pay up front but I save a lot of money and it keeps things out if landfill. I support local businesses and would definitely recommend this one. Sadly, it's getting harder and harder to find decent shoe repair places even as the shoes are being made lower and lower quality.
