Our commercial landlord contracts HVAC service to Climatech. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the humidity problems in our unit, Climatech continues to insist there is no problem. I have a remote monitoring system and can prove that humidity varied by 31% over a 1 week period. Humidity is often around 70% depending. To insist that the problem does not exist does nothing to fix the problem. For that reason I can not recommend Climatech and I have been forced to seek advice elsewhere.
