Waited almost 2 years for Bayview Wellington Homes to do repairs to my home. I had to get Tarion involved, on several occasions. Even though I didn’t have a lot of deficiencies the few that I had took that long. Several adjacent neighbors and even neighbors on my street had several issues.

House seem finished in a rush, many things need to to done and fix.

Just moved into the bradford development in a half finished house!
