These people are the very worst delivery company ever! I have trouble every time that they are involved with a delivery. They always say that delivery was attempted and that they contacted me, I see no evidence of that. If Amazon would tell me in advance that Purolator would be the carrier I would not but the item. On top of that, their customer service is the worst!
Showed up at their office 2 min before closing to see if I could pick up the delivery I’d missed earlier that day. The card said it would be avail. the following day but I thought I’d try. The guy was great about it but said the driver wasn’t back yet but was expected any time now and that if I wanted to wait in my car he’d bring it out to me when the driver came in. Sure enough, 5 min later the truck arrived and 10 min after that the parcel was brought out to my car. Excellent service !
Late again out of bracebridge said my package ended up on the wrong truck this is the sixth time over the last two years terrible service I will not be using there service again waste of 16 bucks
My package was sent back because the driver could not read my address, no follow up or phone call to make alternative arrangements. The company sending me my package tried again at no extra cost to me and again the driver couldn't find my address thankfully I was on top of it and kept phoning around to make sure my package would get delivered I chose to pick it up since clearly reading address is too much to ask

Poor service from bracebridge location. Parcel 4 days late because it been snowing? It's canada in the winter of course it's snowing. Pay for speeding shipping an get nothing in return. Either get qualified drivers or notify the client so they can make alternate arrangements for pick up!!!!! This kind of service costs small business alot of money in delays. ....
