Bowmanville Taxi

Im a regular taxi user and I do enjoy the friendly faces in the cars, but I really do hate how whenever I call I get-we will send someone SHORTLY- well...Ive been waiting for a taxi to come get me for well over an hour now and it has yet to show up. This is a regular occurrence. Pathetic. You handle all the calls, you think youd know to tell someone if youre this busy. But nope. Shortly. Glad I called into work at the 30 min mark of this wait. Be a little more considerate of peoples time.

It was a pretty good expirience

Waited over 45 minutes for the cab to not show up and the polite woman that answers the phone could only tell me that she could not provide an eta. NO ETA after 45 mins. That's ridiculous
