When they came to clean the furnace tech didnt bring a vacuum cleaner like other HVAC companies have done. Also asked the tech if he could drain the Hot water tank but was told it was not necessary. (the tank is 2 1/2 yrs). Maybe it was just the tech and not the company but I wont be using them next year for the annual clean.
