Took almost 3 months to show up after taking 1/2 estimate as a down payment, blaming the delay on locates which were done 2 days after I called. Sloppy tree removal, caused damage to existing lawn and ditch, kept asking for more $ for more topsoil (poor estimate of the work) and was unable to regrade the land properly. Compacted the soil so hard that it had to be reworked for seeding and left a huge buckle in the middle. I had to hire someone else to finish the job.

Beatty did a sewer line replacement and cut corners with all materials and workmanship. He tried to avoid inspections and we had to push for them to get a building permit. He didn't complete the job (but took all the money) and left us having to hire others to fix everything he did. Said it was a 2-day job and 4 months later he had disappeared and wouldn't answer our calls (except to say it would be $4000 MORE to complete the job). Their business doesn't even have an address. Scammers. Avoid.
