I had my vehicle repaired at Zenetec Tiffin after it was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. When my vehicle was returned to me, the interior had been detailed. Also, my dealings with the staff, either by phone or email, were always quite pleasant. I would recommend Zenetec to any of my friends or family members who find themselves in a similar situation.

Zenetec on Tiffin St. in Barrie just fixed my 3 year old Grand Caravan after being t-boned, and it looks like new. They even cleaned it for me. Wow! I hit a deer & brought my vehicle to Zenetec for body work. They did an excellent job. My repair was done promptly, service was very good & my SUV looked as good as new.
Nothing but mistake after mistake from this company. Things weren't reinstalled proper. Complaint made and then not checked over completely or proper. "Forgot" to pick up car, and return calls.
