After a 14 hr return drive to pick up the balance for our 1/2 done siding job ( that had been promised to be delivered in a week & changed to ‘have no idea when ‘) the manager whined to me about the amount of paperwork he needed to do

Highly disappointed with this company. I called and spoke with a lady regarding ice & water shield. She gave me a price and confirmed the size of each roll. I then proceeded to have the materials picked up and driven to a job being done on Georgian Bay only to find out the product that she had sold me was not what she had explained over the phone.The customer service overall was disappointing with the lady being rude and also not willing to reduced the restocking fee when returning some material
