Bad customer service

There glasses make the right side of my computer screen look larger on the right than the left. They gave me a non-sense reason for this and blamed it on a stigmitism in one eye. Get real - it happens even when I cover the bad eye and use the good one. The glass is defective. The magnification across the lenses is not uniform. They refuse to acknowledge the defect. They refused to fix the problem.
