My Mom lives in this place and it is pathetic! He has raised her rent twice so far this year and she cannot afford it. He just tells her if she doesn't like it go get an apartment. The food is terrible, there is no care provided but she is charged for care. How is this legal and how do these greedy owners get away with scamming elderly people out of their pension!??

Staff at Mulcaster Mews are very caring and compassionate. In dealing with very difficult situations, they have gone above and beyond what others would. The setting is lovely. Food is good, rooms are nice.
