Horrible care there, they don’t care, the secretary is not helpful and doesn’t even try at the doctors office, my family member has a severe injury, and they can’t squeeze her in at all, just call in the morning and hope she gets an urgent care appointment!!!!! Disgusting practice!!!!!! I’m soon going to put in a complaint with this practice.

Nice building. Very busy but flows well enough, much better than the other medical buildings in the Barrie area

was on a waiting list to get a dr for 3 years on health care connect finally got one at this location so was removed from the waiting list and a few months after getting the dr he moves and i cannot get to his new location, When i called to be transferred to a new dr they told me nobody was taking anyone at this time and suggested i go back on health care connect, Not pleased at all, Also good luck even getting through to the receptionist they tend to hang up on you the majority of the time.
