First Choice Haircutters

I have had the same stylist for 23 years. She is always accommodating and takes me and my three girls in back to back when I call to book in on a day that it will work for her. Reasonable price for cut and style. I can’t get a good cut at other salons for that price. The salon is always very clean. They are sticking with all protocols through covid. I’m always pleased with their customer service at the Essa Rd. Location.

Very disappointed today. Darya was fantastic a few months ago with my cut and tone and very patient as I had my little baby on my lap. Today returned for same service half way through my service (after my cut) Linda (manager ? Not sure) appeared from back to inform stylist a tone is now the price of a colour 54.99 plus cut in top of that. I questioned why previously I was charged 20 for a tone the response was ‘then you were under charged’ and she again disappeared to her safe place in back with

Unable to book an appointment. Was told to go online to book an appointment. I find this very inconvenient because even that is not easy to do. Not user friendly. they give you a hard time about booking appointments.
