Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointing experience! I booked two weeks prior to picking up the vehicle and had a confirmed reservation for a Jeep Wrangler. Received several emails and messages over the next two weeks stating that my reservation was confirmed. Twenty minutes before I was to pick the Jeep up I got a call to say that a Jeep wasn’t available. The best they could do was a car. I had planned a little adventure with my young granddaughters and they were looking forward to driving in the Jeep. Sad day

Called for 45 minutes when open but nobody answers the phone

I have made multiple rentals from this location. Have always been treated like Royalty at the very least as a VIP. The reps are courteous always on time. Highly recommend this location.

I rented a Ford Expedition over the long weekend to travel to Ottawa with my family. I have to say my experience was excellent over all. I would recommend this dealership. Special thanks Kyle and Miguel.

Worst service ever. The car was pre-booked by the rental company yet I still had to wait about 40 minutes. The car is terrible. It's January in Barrie and there's no snow tires on it. I feel like I'm in a death trap every day. When I called to ask to switch I was told I was 5th on a waiting list. Why on earth would they not provide SAFE cars for everyone as a matter of course.? I understand if this was Florida but it's Barrie!

These guys are the rudest people I have ever met. Especially the red-head suit who likes to treat his customers like they are potential criminals. Would not recommend giving these guys your money. Stay clear.

Have rented from here 3 times. There staff always need to "call you back" which 2 or the 3 times involved me calling back to follow up. I went to Enterprise because I have a corp rate, but now discovered on of their competitors offers for less and open 30 mins earlier. Cars have been filthy every time too. Last time had a cracked windshield in the drivers sight lines. I strongly DO NOT recommend.
