A few years ago we went through a rough patch financially and got behind on our bills, but we got caught up long before the next heating season. Even so, they put us on pay in advance service. Kinda embarrassing but okay. Since then Kelly's has treated us like garbage. We haven't owed them a dime for years but any time we call they are annoyed that we need propane. We never give them a hard time, we are always upbeat and friendly but they are miserable. Looks like it's time to switch.
