I just recently purchased a 2018 MXZ 600 Skidoo the service and friendly atmosphere will always draw me there they were so helpful with information that I asked for just want to say Thankyou to bill and his family and to his employees thanks you people are great
Our family's Skidoo 800 Etech had an electrical issue and fuel pump problem. Bill had his lead technician Gord repair our machine, it is now running better than new! We most certainly will be purchasing our next BRP product from Bancroft Sport & Marine as we were treated like family. We would recommend this dealership and its incredible service and parts department to everyone. We cannot thank you enough for getting us back on the trails! Great work!
Great customer service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Looking at the reviews I was suprised as I had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a sled or ATV.
Took my boat to Bancroft Marine to be repaired. After 2 weeks and several non returned phone calls, I went and picked up boat. They told me everything was great and I paid my bill. When I put boat in lake, same problem existed. I went back to Bancroft Sport and Marine and they told me to bring boat back and they would fix the problem. After 2 weeks and numerous inquiries unanswered about how they were making out fixing boat, I decided to once again go to dealership to pick up boat. They never return phone calls and the one time I spoke to someone they told me they would call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say they never called back. When I picked boat up for second time, there was no customer service or apology, all that was said was the boat was ready for pick up. When I returned boat to lake once again problem was not fixed. Although the problem is not fixed, I will never return to the dealership again. I wasted $400 on the initial repair, however, in the long run I will save money as I was planning on buying a boat from them and needless to say I have certainly reconsidered that idea. BUYER BEWARE if you go to that dealership
if you where unhappy you should have stated which boat you owned or who you are or even what it was in for

bad customer service, poor quality products
This store has a huge lack of knowledge regarding parts for boats. They gave me the wrong parts for my boat motor the first time I went in, then I came back to do an exchange and got the right parts which came in a package, but when I got home I noticed that half the pieces were missing (someone had carefully cut the corner of the package and removed the most important components) Looks like there is no quality control at this place. If you buy anything at this store PLEASE DOUBLE Check that nothing is missing, if you a buy a boat here JUST PRAY Nothing goes wrong!
