I've only been into this store 2 or 3 times over a 10 year period , However on all occasions you will wait at the counter while the staff routinely sit at an office desk studiously ignoring you even if you're the only customer. Eventually the "dude" an unfriendly Elmer Fudd type in worn clothes and tatty baseball hat finally comesout of the office looks at you without any hello. I requested a part and he just said we don't have that. I'm amazed he's still employed or in business if he owns it.
