I brought my brand new SUV here after buying a set of winter tires and rims. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle there was a giant dent in the trunk. I immediately brought this to what I assume is the manager of the shop (Craig). He immediately got defensive and stated that the dent must have been there when I brought the vehicle to the shop.
