Poor quality and overcharged

I used this drycleaner only once and won't go back. My suit jacket was bubbled as though heat was applied before it was completely dry. And, to add insult to injury, I was charged more than the amount indicated on my pick-up slip. Unfortunately, the lady behind the counter was unable to explain why and just insisted I pay the extra amount. Now I know why this dry cleaner is never very busy despite being located at the Go Station. Very disappointing.
