If you like to be treated rudely, this is the clinic to go to. They no longer offer walk in service and was told that by the doctor on Saturday morning. Arrogant and rude.

Always prompt and courteous. Very attentive and knowledgeable physicians.

PJ the clinic manager is not a doctor, RN or an LPN and should not be reviewing medical history of a patient/client. This goes against the privacy act. He is very rude, insensitive and questioned my honesty and integrity. I was referred to Dr. Kremed by my family physician who recently left the province. I never had the opportunity of meeting Dr. Kremed because I walked out of the clinic by the way I was interrogated by PJ. I recommend he take sensitivity training in order to continue as clinic
